Our mission is to support young people in living a good life.
Foundry offers free and confidential mental health and wellness services for youth ages 12-24 in British Columbia and their families. No referrals are needed.
Foundry is a province-wide network of integrated health and wellness services for young people ages 12–24 and their families. We bring together multiple services in one place — in person at Foundry centres and virtually through the Foundry BC app — to make it easier for youth to access care, connection and support.

The Crisis Centre of BC offers 24/7 immediate access to barrier-free, non-judgmental support via phone and SMS services, providing help and hope to individuals, organizations, and communities. Our education and training programs promote mental wellness and empower schools, organizations, and communities to assist those at risk of suicide.

HeadsUpGuys is a men’s mental health resource offering practical self-care tips, screening tools, self-guided courses, inspirational recovery stories, an international Therapist Directory, along with guidance on how to support the men in our lives.

HeadsUpGuys’ content is derived from evidence-based research and includes both clinician and patient perspectives to ensure the accuracy and relatability of our content.
HeadsUpGuys is based in Vancouver, BC, with a global reach, drawing over 6.5 million visits from the US, UK, Canada, and English-speaking communities around the world.
Operational costs of HeadsUpGuys are funded exclusively through the generosity of private donations.
